State and Local Strategies, LLC was founded by John Andrews with the goal of helping everyday people run for state or local office and win.
Our company's intent is to help Maine citizens navigate the pathways of power in Augusta and their local communities to get their needs met and concerns heard.
John was elected to 3 terms in the Maine House. He served on the Judiciary, Veterans and Legal Affairs and the Innovation, Development, Economic Advancement and Business Committees.
He also served as the House Republican's Liaison to the state committee of the Maine Republican Party. He also was the Maine Chair of the Taxpayer Protection Caucus for Americans for Tax Reform. John also served as a sub-committee Chair for the American Legislative Exchange Council.
During his time in the legislature, Representative Andrews was recognized by the Trump Administration as a 'Champion for Regulatory Innovation', as a 'Delegate of the Year' by Young Americans for Liberty's Hazlitt Coalition, as a 'Legislative Champion' by the Maine Wabanaki Alliance and was routinely recognized by the American Conservative Union for his voting record.
